You can even make your own using a computer. What makes time log books different from other diary-type things is that it was made by using your own handwriting. They are not a book written in a conventional way like you would get at a bookstore. These are indeed the first to record your every movement, actions, and activities. Some people use these logs for their personal or professional achievements. A simple idea of a time log is that each day it starts with the birth date of the person logging it.
